Senior-level web developer responsible for technical leadership in design, development, integration, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of complex web, client/server, mobile, and data system applications. Works with teams to analyze requirements, create design specifications, construct and test systems, troubleshoot development problems, and maintain standards.

Configure, test, and validate HL7 interfaces and data conversions between EMR and Practice Management systems. Design and document interfaces, estimate project deliverables, provide customer training, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze cargo-domain business rules by mining USAS mainframe FORTRAN code from the existing LMS. Extract and document requirements, communicate with customers to elicit needs. HIS Cargo application experience is preferred.

Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Oracle Reports and Java web applications. Translate functional requirements into designs, create reports using Oracle Reports/Pentaho, JDeveloper and PL/SQL, participate in code reviews, support deployments, and provide documentation and status updates. Collaborate with architects, team leads, and users to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Design and architect .NET applications: define solution vision, select tools, review application and implementation quality, provide framework support, diagnose architecture issues, and serve as a client-facing technical lead.

Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (2008/2012) using advanced T-SQL to write stored procedures, views, and triggers. Build and deploy SSIS packages and SSRS reports. Perform database administration, performance tuning, security, and use SQL Profiler and Visual Studio Data Compare. Work collaboratively within a team.
