Serve as liaison between business and IT to elicit, decompose, document, and manage requirements across multiple workstreams. Coordinate and manage IT projects including schedules, status reports, meetings, scope and requirements definition, issue resolution, and documentation to ensure proper resource utilization and project delivery.

Lead business analysis for financial and mortgage initiatives: elicit and organize requirements, create business process models, assist with business cases, translate and simplify requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders. Requires strong communication and domain expertise in financial engineering and mortgage products.

Performs audits to evaluate control effectiveness, accuracy of financial records, and operational efficiency. Examines departmental records, interviews staff for compliance, and inspects accounting systems for efficiency and protection.

Provide functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics AX finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash and Bank). Deliver at least two end-to-end finance implementations, preferably for US clients. Role requires 6–9 years relevant experience for a 6+ month engagement in Hatboro, PA.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications using Spring and Hibernate. Work with Oracle/SQL databases and Unix (AIX/Linux) with shell scripting. Support middleware and MQ where applicable. Provide first/second line support, participate in on-call rotation (24x7), collaborate with teams, and troubleshoot production issues. Communicate with stakeholders and manage time and priorities in a demanding environment.
