Design, develop, and maintain DW/BI solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and MSBI. Participate in architecture/design reviews, build ETL/ELT frameworks, create reports (Power BI desired), troubleshoot complex problems, and collaborate with global stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Design, develop, administer and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and WorkFusion. Lead control-room setup, security, monitoring and troubleshooting (logs, packet/XML capture). Manage full lifecycle (Dev,SIT,UAT,stress,production), integration, architecture, policies, and global maintenance. Act as Shared Services SME and lead cross-functional teams.

Provide production/application support in a global delivery environment. Troubleshoot and manage applications on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms, work with Oracle/PLSQL and Autosys, follow ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum practices, communicate with stakeholders, and operate under pressure; travel may be required.
