Implement and manage ITIL v3/ITSM processes including enterprise service, asset and configuration management. Lead ITSM tool administration (ServiceNow/Remedy), drive CSI projects, apply agile practices, implement metrics and scorecards, and support project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Design, build, and operate Hadoop-based big data solutions. Work with HDFS architecture, Hive (queries, UDFs, ORC/Avro/Parquet), Sqoop, Spark, Oozie, and Cloudera distributions. Implement data warehousing processes (deduplication, cleansing, lookups, transformations, versioning) and collaborate on monitoring and operational tasks. Java/Python/Perl programming required.

Implement and manage ITIL v3-aligned ITSM processes (service, asset, configuration management) using tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. Drive CSI and agile process improvements, apply COBIT/ISO/CMMI practices, produce metrics and scorecards, and coordinate projects while maintaining ITSM administration and certification requirements.

Lead design and development of business rule services using Blaze Advisor 6.9 for .NET. Tasks include rule modeling, template design, rule testing, deployment, rule execution, building POCs, coordinating offshore delivery, and supporting clients. Work involves SQL Server, .NET, and web services integration.
