Design and develop REST APIs and integrations using WSO2 and Java/Node.js in an Agile CI/CD environment. Work on API security (OAuth, JWT), NoSQL databases, incident/change processes, and collaborate in scrum teams across onsite/offshore models.

Develop and enhance SAS-based marketing automation, reports, and data interfaces; use SAS Enterprise Miner for analytics; write SAS code and work with information maps, stored processes, and web reports; assist SAS administration including performance tuning and scheduling; perform requirement elicitation and client-facing work in an on-site/offshore model. Strong Teradata SQL and UNIX skills required.

Design, configure and roll out BPM solutions (BizAgi/IBM BPM); map AS-IS/TO-BE processes using BPMN; analyze client issues; estimate effort and support proposals; apply waterfall and scrum methodologies; provide business and process design expertise.

QA and test automation role using Worksoft with full-stack development responsibilities. Develop and automate SQL/MSBI/SSRS solutions, perform DB automation, support production, and engage in performance engineering while interfacing with clients and working in a DevOps model.
