Work across the SDLC and project lifecycle, interface with clients, collaborate in teams, and use SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server/MongoDB). Provide analytical support for development and maintenance projects.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise Windows server and data center infrastructure. Provide architecture, cloud integration, storage/virtualization, monitoring, configuration management and scripting expertise. Troubleshoot complex issues, develop departmental strategies, establish cloud processes, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams and after-hours support.

Provide Sungard (SunGL) product consulting and support, using Perl scripting and Excel macros. Coordinate with infrastructure, development, testing, and project teams, manage Maestro job scheduling, apply basic accounting knowledge, and perform project planning and status reporting within an insurance-domain, global delivery environment.
