Lead design and development of Java/J2EE middleware applications, manage a small development team, coordinate with offshore teams, propose technical solutions, ensure quality, and integrate front-end (Sencha) with Java back-end components.

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits); perform data migration and integrations using HCM Extracts and HDL; develop payroll interfaces, OTBI reports, and Fast Formulas; capture and document requirements, map business processes, and work in a consulting environment with regular travel.

Develop, maintain, and support Java applications running on UNIX platforms. Requires at least 4 years of Java and UNIX experience plus 4 years in IT. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent progressive experience) required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor visas. Full-time, permanent role.

Implement and migrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (CRM 2015/2016); develop plugins, JavaScript, and workflows; integrate CRM with SharePoint, OneNote and .NET; capture and document requirements; configure, validate and deploy solutions; support project management and consulting engagements that may require travel.
