Design and deliver Blue Prism automation solutions integrating with mainframe, Java, .NET and ETL systems. Work across onshore/offshore delivery, communicate with stakeholders, and lead RPA architecture efforts.

Design and architect Informatica MDM/IDQ solutions, define MDM standards and processes, gather business requirements, coordinate vendors, provide technology advisory, and work in a consulting environment requiring regular travel.

Design and develop Informatica ETL mappings (facts, dimensions, aggregates) in BI Apps. Build and maintain OBIEE RPDs, dimensional models, hierarchies, metrics, initialization blocks, and reports/dashboards. Support RPD and web catalog deployment/migration, DAC subject areas and execution plans. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform impact analysis, and estimate timelines.

Develop and support .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, WPF, MVVM, Web API, and AngularJS; work with SQL Server, MSBI (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS) and SharePoint. Translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements, follow SDLC, provide production support and performance engineering, and interface with clients as part of a team.

Lead and execute Pega BPM testing: define test strategy and design, perform test execution, analysis and reporting, and deliver test automation with tools like QTP/Selenium using HP Quality Center. Coordinate onsite-offshore test deliveries, engage diverse stakeholders, and communicate results in a global delivery environment.

Develop and maintain .NET middleware components and services using C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/Web API in an SOA environment. Build multithreaded, high-performance applications, design BAL/DAL layers, perform SQL Server development and performance tuning, participate in design/architecture reviews, and use Agile practices and CI/CD tools (Jira, Jenkins). Knowledge of MongoDB/NoSQL and financial services experience are desirable.

Implement and configure SAP MDM repositories and clients; design functional/technical specs, import/syndication maps, workflows, web services, CLIX operations, DB views, and test interfaces between MDM and upstream/downstream systems.

Develop and lead Java/J2EE applications using Spring and Hibernate; perform project lead activities (estimation, resource management, prioritization); work in onsite-offshore and global delivery models; follow SDLC and project lifecycle for development and maintenance. Payments domain experience is a plus.

Lead MDM architecture and large Informatica MDM implementations across full SDLC. Design IDD/HM processes, match/merge, data quality and ETL integration, mentor team members, estimate and respond to MDM proposals, and apply data management best practices.

Lead cloud initiatives by designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-level cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and other platforms. Work with containers, networking, storage, databases, and infrastructure/HPC; deliver large applications and collaborate with stakeholders using strong communication skills.
