Lead design and develop IBM DataStage ETL solutions, build and monitor parallel jobs and sequences, optimize performance, implement CDC and UDFs, work with RDBMS (Oracle/DB2), shell scripting, scheduling tools, and support DW/BI projects in a global financial environment.
