Implement and migrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2015/2016) solutions: develop plugins, JavaScript customizations, workflows, integrate with SharePoint/OneNote/.NET/Azure, capture and document requirements, perform configuration, validation, deployment, and support project management and client-facing consulting with occasional travel.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java/J2EE applications and microservices using Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, REST (JAX-RS), and testing frameworks. Contribute to architecture, CI/CD (Git/Jenkins), cloud-ready deployments, and Agile ceremonies. Work in a global delivery team; familiarity with integration (Camel/DropWizard), containerization, NoSQL, observability (ELK), and credit-card loyalty programs is a plus.
