Provide project-status updates, manage timelines/escalations, and apply BI/DW practices. Big Data experience is a plus.

Develop Java-based UI/front-end and full-stack features using Java, JEE, and modern JavaScript (AngularJS or React). Follow Agile/XP practices including pair programming and TDD, use tools like IntelliJ, GitHub, Spring, MongoDB, Jenkins, Docker, and Node.js. Work within the insurance domain and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet delivery velocity.

Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions on Oracle (10+), including Oracle Text searches. Perform UNIX command-line and shell scripting. Contribute to design and architecture reviews, project lifecycle activities, and SDLC tasks. Use Java for analysis, design, and testing. Collaborate in a multi-stakeholder, global delivery environment.

Lead design, build and support large-scale Hadoop environments. Hands-on MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase and Java development. Work on DW/BI/ETL, performance tuning, Hadoop administration, large datasets, client-facing architecture and implementation in the financial domain.
