Run workshops, design and configure systems, manage integrations (Bulk API, Taleo Connect Client), maintain OLF/workflow/email templates/user setups/career portal, develop reports and dashboards, perform testing/training/deployment, and support global delivery.

Lead middleware administrator responsible for WebLogic and JBoss installation, configuration, performance tuning, clustering/high-availability, backup/recovery, certificate management, integration with Apache and databases, Linux-based troubleshooting, heap/core dump analysis, and application performance monitoring using CA Introscope.
