Lead and execute mainframe testing (ST, SIT, UAT): create test strategy, test JCLs, sort cards, data extraction, troubleshoot job abends, manage a team (6+), coordinate cross‑functional teams, track defects in HP QC/ALM and JIRA, report status, and mitigate risks.

Payments domain experience is a plus.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Pega PRPC applications (v6/v7) using Pega banking/insurance frameworks. Lead Java-centric application development, perform analysis and design, and integrate with databases and scripting environments. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery.

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, triggers, integrations, CPQ, and web services. Manage deployments, migrations, reports/dashboards, and follow coding and security best practices while working in a global team environment.

Capture and document business requirements, create BRDs and UML diagrams, develop test plans, validate solutions and deployments, ensure WCAG2.0 accessibility compliance, and map billing/payment portal processes while coordinating stakeholder communication and travel for consulting engagements.

Design and build Teradata-based ETL solutions using Informatica and Teradata utilities. Perform requirement analysis, logical/physical DB design, SQL development (views, stored procedures, macros, functions), Unix shell scripting, and performance tuning for large data volumes. Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders, manage timelines, and provide status updates.
