Seek a Mainframe COBOL consultant with strong COBOL, JCL, and DB2 expertise. Role includes working with schedulers/monitoring (TWS), MS SQL knowledge, troubleshooting web/network components, and domain knowledge in wealth management, banking, order and trade processing. Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent and at least four years of IT experience. U.S. work authorization required; employer cannot sponsor visas.

Provide application support, deployment, integration, design reviews, and Vertex tax system implementation and troubleshooting. Work with Vertex Central, web services, databases, BCI, OIC, RTE, XML, Java/J2EE, web and application servers, and n-tier architectures. Lead ECM development and administration for OpenText StreamServe: install/configure/migrate CCM forms, integrate applications with ECM, resolve operational issues, design dynamic Liquid Office forms, develop advanced StreamServe configurations and scripting, deliver multi-format outputs, and lead distributed teams.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrations using Fuse, Apache Camel and ServiceMix. Implement services in Java/Spring or Node.js, work with NoSQL databases, follow CI/CD and Agile/scrum practices, support change/incident management, and collaborate in an onsite/offshore global delivery model with exposure to DevOps.

Develop, maintain, and test mainframe applications across SDLC; perform design and architecture reviews; analyze, code, and test as an individual contributor; collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams in a global delivery environment, preferably within financial services. Optional REXX and Eztrieve skills.

Design and define enterprise big-data architectures using Kafka, Spark, HDFS, Hive, Oozie, YARN and Cloudera. Lead solution definition for Java/Linux environments, perform data modeling, profiling and ETL/integration design, review code, liaise with business stakeholders, and provide technology advisory. Azure cloud exposure preferred; role may require regular travel.

Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, lead migrations and end-to-end implementations (CRM 2015/2016), develop plugins, JavaScript and workflows, integrate CRM with SharePoint/OneNote/.NET/Azure, gather and document requirements, support deployment and validation, coordinate projects and travel for consulting engagements.

Administer and secure MicroStrategy environment: create roles/LDAP groups, migrate and deploy reports, configure web/app servers, monitor performance, support clients and developers, perform capacity planning and troubleshooting.

Serve as technical SME for Customer Communications Management (CCM) products (HP Exstream/Documaker/DOC1). Lead requirement analysis, architecture, design and implementation in mainframe batch/print environments, manage SDLC, integrations and data migration, deliver client-facing consulting for US insurers, and provide project/talent leadership with frequent travel.
