Perform requirement analysis, SDLC and change management, solution configuration/integration, validation and deployment. Architect and design solutions in client-facing roles for US insurers, overseeing product/version/configuration management.

Administer and optimize Tableau Server/Desktop environments, manage sites, scheduling, and user access. Perform performance tuning, monitoring, upgrades, and BI infrastructure maintenance. Work with large data warehouses and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) and support ETL/BI platform operations.

Develop and implement integration solutions using Core Java/Spring and Apache Camel. Design ESB integrations (ServiceMix/Fuse), implement enterprise integration/SOA patterns, IBM MQ messaging, RESTful APIs, fault/compensation handling and transactional boundaries. Work with container architectures (Tomcat, Fuse, EAP, WebSphere), Gradle/TeamCity CI, TDD, and break complex designs into phased implementations.

Design, develop, and maintain Big Data solutions using Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Storm, HDFS, Hive) and NoSQL databases. Perform Java/Linux-based data processing, SQL analysis, collaborate across teams, review code for customer-data issues, and support analytics pipelines. Azure exposure preferred.

Administer and support Team Foundation Server (TFS); provide business process consulting, process architecture/design, and project and talent management. Work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.

Develop and maintain Java-based applications and web services using JPA/Hibernate, Spring/Struts, and MQ. Build REST/SOAP services, work with MS SQL/Oracle, implement web UIs with JavaScript/jQuery/HTML/CSS, participate in SDLC, design and architecture reviews, and collaborate in a global financial services delivery environment.
