Provide production/application support in a global delivery environment. Define test strategy and design, execute tests, analyze and report results using tools like SOAPUI, Rational Integration Tester, RQM, Bamboo, JIRA. Collaborate across global delivery teams; healthcare domain experience desirable.

Lead storage and backup administration: design and detail processes, manage EMC VNX/NetApp and Symantec NetBackup, administer Brocade/Cisco MDS fabrics, resolve incidents and performance issues, use monitoring tools, provide on-call support, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, manage projects and talent, and travel for consulting engagements.

Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring and MVC. Integrate RESTful and SOAP web services, implement JPA/ORM persistence, work with JSON, caching/databases (Cassandra/MongoDB/Ehcache) and AngularJS, and build microservices with Swagger. Collaborate in distributed Agile teams and support telecom and web ordering/profile management processes in a global delivery environment.

Administer and manage source control, build, deployment, and SDLC tools across a large organization. Maintain CI/CD systems, scripting, database support, application server environments, and process documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage and design enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/wireless), perform packet capture/analysis, deploy security and monitoring tools, and lead network-related projects and teams. Ensure authentication, encryption, IP addressing, and high-availability network services.
