Partner with Account Executives to design and present technical solutions for commercial and enterprise customers. Manage customer relationships, produce proposals, provide technical and sales support, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver Cisco-focused networking, collaboration, virtualization, security, and wireless solutions.

Design and deliver enterprise solutions across application, integration, data, and infrastructure domains. Lead architecture governance, define non-functional requirements, conduct technical reviews, mentor implementation, assess new technologies, and ensure long-term architectural strategy and solution integrity.

Consultants will implement and customize Salesforce solutions, migrate and integrate vendor databases, configure workflows/triggers/page layouts, perform business process analysis and Visio documentation, engage and train clients, define specs with developers, and identify additional project opportunities.

Maintain and support voice, data, radio, and video communications infrastructure (LAN/WAN/MAN, PBX, voicemail, microwave, VHF/UHF, fiber, SCADA). Install, repair, configure routers, channel banks, and conferencing systems; administer PBX/phone mail; provide first-level PC support and coordinate telecom projects with carriers and engineering teams.

Perform IT and integrated audits, document and test controls, support SOX and compliance activities, assist external auditors, provide remediation guidance, develop training, perform data analytics and system access reviews, and write audit reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

Create and maintain telecommunications CAD drawings and as-built documentation, manage the CAD drawing library and plotter maintenance, incorporate field data into designs, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure drawings meet client specifications and company standards.

Lead pre- and post-sales design, implementation, assessment, and management of Cisco routing/switching, UC, data center, wireless and security solutions. Perform complex network and voice assessments, present findings, implement solutions, mentor team members, and conduct knowledge transfer. Act as a hands-on architect/engineer and team leader (player/coach) focusing on secure, well-documented infrastructures and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, test, and debug test and automation software. Create/execute/modify test scripts, maintain test databases, assist configuration management, and research automation tools while supporting infrastructure automation initiatives.

Provide timely, professional support to Vendormate users via phone and email: log, triage, escalate and resolve cases, report trends, recommend improvements, and maintain service metrics and quality standards.

Lead a two-person installation team deploying Cisco 2900 routers and Aruba access points across enterprise sites in the Northeast. Coordinate logistics and client communication, perform night-shift installations (1–2 nights per site), troubleshoot on-site issues, and respond to late-night maintenance tickets. Project duration ~1 year with possible extension.
