Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing packages, maintain job billing and AR aging, process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices, monitor job costs, maintain AP/AR records, and assist with month-end and year-end close. Review contracts for accurate billing and handle payment inquiries and discrepancies.
