Provide systems administration for Linux environments; use automation tools (Chef, Puppet) to manage configurations; manage and administer logging platforms (Splunk or ELK stack); FluentD administration a plus. Work independently and with teams, communicate effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and provide strong customer service and problem solving.

Lead technical design and development of VoIP/SIP/IMS telecom applications. Interface with stakeholders, create high-level design artifacts, deliver code, lead testing and integration, support implementation, transition and warranty activities within a global delivery environment.

Design and execute manual and automated tests, develop testing standards and strategies, create/interpret automated regression scripts (Tosca), capture defects, report testing metrics, coordinate testing across developers and users, and produce user documentation and training videos. Work on cross-functional Agile teams and occasionally at off-hours for global collaboration.
