Serve as second-in-command for HR, leading operations across multiple properties. Provide manager coaching, ensure California employment law and wage-hour compliance, lead recruiting/onboarding, manage benefits/leave/worker's comp, oversee HRIS/payroll reporting, and support training, engagement, and HR program implementation.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, executive communications, project tracking, confidential matters, and occasional support for marketing, events, and after-hours needs at an on-site luxury resort.

Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, and internal controls. Partner with leadership on capital projects, provide financial analysis and modeling, support department heads, and lead the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
