Provides advanced technical support for heavy equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Troubleshoots complex field and shop issues, performs root cause analysis, supports warranty claims, evaluates technician proficiency, and delivers technical training. Acts as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers, prepares technical documentation, guides field technicians, tracks recurring issues, and supports equipment uptime and safety.
