Lead and grow Kilgore Colleges dual credit partnerships with area high schools: manage staff, budgets, compliance, MOUs, scheduling, training, grant oversight, and community relations to increase student access and success.

Coordinate and oversee the KC/Christus Nursing Apprenticeship by aligning academic and clinical objectives, supporting students and preceptors, managing clinical scheduling and evaluations, tracking competency and outcomes, and reporting program metrics to stakeholders and funders.
