Support enterprise sales by qualifying prospects, analyzing functional and technical needs, responding to RFPs, creating tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value environments, and translating legal department requirements into SaaS solutions. Develop value propositions, commercial proposals, ROI use cases, and sales enablement materials while collaborating with Product and R&D. The role requires legal-sector knowledge, B2B SaaS complex-sales experience, and at least five years in a customer-facing software or consulting role.

Serve as senior legal advisor to commercial teams across the United States and Canada. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute B2B SaaS and technology agreements; advise stakeholders on contractual and commercial risks; manage provisions covering liability, indemnification, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, service levels, and termination; and develop templates, playbooks, fallback positions, training, and contracting process improvements.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (3–12 months) for enterprise legal clients, managing scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Guide change management, configure product setups, coordinate technical teams (R&D, support, data migration), run user training, and apply agile methodologies. Maintain customer relationships through go-live and beyond, typically handling 5–8 concurrent projects with up to 10–15% travel.
