Oversee firm accounting: lead month-end close, prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts (including owner accounts), verify/pay taxes, manage a small accounting team, execute ACH/settlements and internal bank transfers, maintain budget and controls, and collaborate with executive leadership. Role is full-time, in-office in Albuquerque.

Manage the firm’s accounting: lead month-end close, prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations, oversee bookkeeping, execute bank transactions (ACH, transfers, positive pay), manage budgets, verify taxes, reconcile owner accounts, and deliver financial packages to executive leadership. Requires in-office attendance for regular meetings.

Greet clients and visitors, answer and route calls, manage front desk flow, prepare intake paperwork, scan and upload mail/faxes/emails into SmartAdvocate, assist case managers with data entry and uploads, maintain reception and meeting areas, and attend daily huddles.
