Process, sort, log, and distribute resident and business mail and packages; verify IDs for accountable items; notify residents; maintain records, secure and organized mailroom, coordinate outgoing shipments, report issues, assist residents, and support front office and resort operations.

Provide administrative and customer-service support to the sales team: answer phones, greet customers, prepare flyers/signage, perform CRM entries, compose correspondence and reports, schedule meetings, take minutes, track budgets, organize listings, research data, and assist with open houses and vendor coordination as directed.
