Manage accounts receivable, parent billing and collections; perform accounts payable duties, vendor invoice review, and reimbursements; prepare payroll, fixed asset journal entries, and monthly reports; audit physical inventory, bids, and purchase approval processes; maintain attendance data entry and provide ad-hoc analyses and tax letters for parents.

Lead operational strategy and daily operations across facilities, nutrition, enrollment, procurement, and administrative services. Manage full procurement lifecycle ensuring compliance with federal, state, and funder regulations; run competitive solicitations (RFP/RFQ/IFB); oversee contract administration, vendor compliance, and debarment checks; implement procurement policies, optimize processes, maintain audit-ready records, produce spend dashboards, deliver training, and support audits and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead administration, configuration, and optimization of Kidango's People tech stack (HRIS, payroll, talent, performance, learning). Own system roadmap, implementations, integrations, testing, security, reporting, documentation, training, and vendor/IT collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant HR systems that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
