Provides executive technical and managerial leadership for enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs. Plans and directs boundary defense, firewall/WAF and proxy administration, defensive cyber operations, contractor oversight, performance management, and stakeholder liaison to secure and improve enterprise network and information systems.

Design, develop, and operate cryptologic computer science solutions for forensics, attack attribution, network protection, and knowledge discovery. Apply advanced computer science techniques, automate tasks with Python and Jupyter Notebooks, perform access discovery and enablement, and support analytic modernization. Preferred skills include C++, mobile app analysis, and CNO experience.

Edit, review, and maintain technical materials (equipment manuals, appendices, operating and maintenance instructions). May supervise technical writers. Work supports cybersecurity, intelligence, analytics, and systems engineering initiatives.

Develop and sustain analytics tools using Python and customer toolset. Apply mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to large, messy national agency datasets, build and validate models, translate mission needs into technical requirements, and communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.

Lead risk tracking, integration, and continuous improvement for DCO monitoring and incident response. Serve as central POC for risk management, support onboarding/sustainment, mentor analysts, oversee technical monitoring during shifts, drive process-improvement projects, coordinate across service areas and contractors, and provide surge support and stakeholder updates to ensure mission continuity and incident recovery.

Designs, implements, tests, and maintains complex software systems for the Air Force GBSD/Sentinel program. Works individually and on teams to translate requirements into software components, performs reviews and testing, resolves defects, and advises on hardware/software tradeoffs, reuse, COTS use, and system-level to component-level requirements analysis.

Lead full-lifecycle federal proposal efforts for cybersecurity contracts (RFIs, RFPs, Task Orders). Manage proposal development: compliance matrices, storyboards, writing, color teams, reviews, and final production. Coordinate with capture, pricing, contracts, and SMEs; mentor junior staff; improve processes and tools; and support IDIQs/GWACs while ensuring FAR compliance and CUI handling in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment.

Support airborne networking and advanced development technical activities: systems design, integration, testing, requirements development/verification/validation, installation/certification, operational test, and collaboration within Integrated Product Teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide Tier 1 hands-on and remote technical support for hardware and software on the AOC/CAOC floor; triage, prioritize, escalate, and close tickets; manage user accounts and passwords IAW AFCENT guidance; assist SIPR PKI and firewall/Bluecoat exemption coordination; maintain status display systems and generate status reports and slides.

Provide Tier 2 systems administration and technical support for JADOCS: manage user accounts and access, monitor logs and system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain system documentation and deliverables, recommend hardware/software upgrades, and produce monthly C2 administration reports for government stakeholders.
