Own category strategy and commercialization for Delivery Solutions by analyzing market, customer, competitor, pricing, and financial data. Drive supplier selection, product positioning, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, NPD, and Operations. Track performance, support adoption, and enable profitable growth while managing forecasting and stakeholder alignment.

Lead end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, ensure compliance with payroll laws and controls, manage payroll systems and vendors, coach the payroll team, resolve escalated issues, and drive process improvements and reporting for accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Lead design, development, validation, and implementation of integrated electromechanical automation and material handling systems. Produce 3D models, drawings, wiring diagrams, programming, and safety features; drive NPD phase-gate and supplier development; mentor engineers; own domain standards; collaborate cross-functionally and support customer field investigations. Travel up to 30%.

Provide onsite and remote end-user technology support for Monterey Park and national teams: troubleshoot devices, collaboration/AV systems, printers, and applications; document and escalate incidents; support onboarding/offboarding and meeting readiness; create knowledge resources; participate in AI-enabled support improvements and occasional after-hours or travel support.
