Senior hands-on technical leader who designs and delivers scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise software. Leads .NET development, integrations, RFID/IoT solutions, data platforms, and applies AI-assisted/Agentic Development Lifecycle practices. Provides architecture, mentoring, code reviews, and operational support while improving performance, reliability, and engineering efficiency.

Plan and execute capital equipment and automation projects across depots and hubs. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, contractors, commissioning, and site-readiness. Ensure safe installations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, verify throughput and operational readiness, and hand off to operations while driving efficiency, safety, and reliability. Frequent travel required.

Design, plan, and implement equipment, machinery, and automation to improve plant performance, safety, and costs. Lead continuous improvement projects, manage suppliers and project budgets, develop training and work instructions, apply OSHA and company safety standards, and drive technology and labor-reduction initiatives using data-driven problem solving and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Lead evidence-driven product learning and prototyping across VOR, DIoT, and LV solutions. Use telemetry, customer feedback, APIs, SQL, and GenAI to define learning objectives, instrument outcomes, analyze behavior, and convert validated findings into delivery-ready requirements and roadmap recommendations.

Own and execute in-field deployments of Vision software and hardware: manage implementation plans, site readiness, installations, training, and post-go-live adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams, capture customer feedback, maintain documentation and planning tools, escalate risks, and transition customers to support after stabilization. Frequent travel and occasional physical handling of hardware required.

Support plant operations by planning, designing, and implementing equipment, machinery, and automation. Lead continuous improvement, safety risk reduction, technology/automation initiatives, and projects on time and on budget. Use data-driven analysis, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and develop work instructions and training.

Lead design, development, validation, and implementation of integrated electromechanical automation and material handling systems. Produce 3D models, drawings, wiring diagrams, programming, and safety features; drive NPD phase-gate and supplier development; mentor engineers; own domain standards; collaborate cross-functionally and support customer field investigations. Travel up to 30%.
