Support cyber security operations by compiling reporting metrics, validating network/system security, assessing vulnerabilities, producing threat analyses and mitigation recommendations, participating in design reviews and cyber defense groups, and preparing briefings and documentation for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.

Lead and deliver enterprise architecture and information/data management for government systems: develop As-Is/To-Be architectures, enterprise information models, data standards, interoperability, metrics, and architecture deliverables while interfacing with stakeholders.

Develop, design, and deploy enterprise applications with an object‑oriented language. Work in cloud environments with a DevOps focus, follow SDLC and Agile/Scrum, meet Section 508 accessibility requirements, and operate independently or on teams. Strong problem‑solving and communication expected.

Perform system administration and O&M to sustain/restore hardware, software, and network services; manage email and user accounts; perform diagnostics, patching, backups, firewall and switch maintenance; enforce configuration management and security policies; support virtualization, server builds, and developer network enclaves; handle procurement and customer support for classified environments.

Designs, tests, and troubleshoots optical and transport network circuits; maintains configuration database; coordinates with vendors and operations to resolve performance issues; performs requirements analysis, risk assessments, and documentation; serves as site liaison and provides transport engineering expertise for Intelligence Community networks.

Establish and maintain the system requirements repository; manage the requirements lifecycle including capture, change control, traceability, verification/validation, and reporting. Collaborate with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit and document system, hardware, software, and data requirements and ensure functional and quality constraints are met.
