Manage procurement of materials and ingredients for high-volume pork processing. Oversee purchasing and receiving team, create and manage purchase orders, set min/max inventory, collaborate with plant stakeholders, AP, Quality and Food Safety to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, support PPE and inventory cycle counts, produce management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead engineering, automating, securing, and operating enterprise platform services across Azure and hybrid infrastructure. Design, deploy, and support Azure platform services, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware), IaC (Bicep), backup/disaster recovery, Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Entra ID, M365). Drive cloud modernization, datacenter migration, automation, documentation, incident troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and mentor platform engineers to build team capabilities and operational excellence.

Sell and promote fresh pork products to existing and prospective retail and foodservice customers within a defined U.S. region. Manage pricing, orders, deliveries, account growth, and market intelligence. Coordinate with inside and field sales managers, support customer visits to facilities, and perform limited travel.

Lead and develop the plant purchasing and receiving team to secure materials and ingredients, manage inventory and procure-to-pay processes, maintain vendor relationships, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, and collaborate with operations, accounting, and corporate teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Lead end-to-end development and commercialization of value-added pork products, translating consumer and customer insights into scalable formulations. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability, regulatory compliance (USDA), testing, shelf-life and sensory validation, and cost optimization to drive product launches and innovation.

Build, evaluate, and deploy production LLM-powered agents and AI-assisted applications end-to-end. Extend and maintain ontologies in Foundry/AIP, operate OpenClaw runtime, create reproducible evaluation pipelines, manage tokenomics and cost SLOs, scout new model and tooling R&D, and collaborate with IT/security and business teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
