Coordinate IT intake and project lifecycle from submission through review; maintain roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and systems of record; prepare requests for Security and Infrastructure review; surface risks and recommend next steps; send structured updates and meeting coordination; support IT Programs with deliverable tracking, basic reporting, and slide preparation to keep stakeholders aligned.

Lead and scale VEG's hospital opening program: define open-for-business strategy, manage cross-functional project timelines, oversee launch execution and procurement, partner with regional and field leaders, lead a Launch Execution team, and continuously improve NHO processes to support faster and more complex openings.

Lead product design for employee- and customer-facing web and mobile apps. Run user research, build low- to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, conduct user testing, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, define design system styling, perform UI reviews, and evaluate AI design tools to streamline workflows.

Serve as a field-based People Business Partner for a regional portfolio of hospitals, coaching leaders on performance and employee relations, driving talent reviews, succession and engagement, using people data to diagnose risks, and partnering with COEs to support change adoption. Requires frequent hospital presence and support for frontline, multi-site operational environments.

Build and run people data governance: define standards, maintain data dictionary, ensure master data quality, enforce access/privacy controls, partner with HR/Finance/IT, enable trusted reporting, automation, and responsible analytics.
