Manage dealership lot operations including vehicle inspections, DMS data entry, invoices, pricing, audits, and staff hiring/training/discipline. Maintain lot inventory and supplies, ensure compliance with company processes, support staff development, and perform related administrative duties to uphold dealership standards.

Provides remote customer support for personal insurance policies, handling inbound calls, policy changes, billing questions, cancellations, documentation, claims assistance, and agency records. The role progresses to quoting policies, renewal reshops, writing new business, annual reviews, and cross-selling opportunities. Candidates need strong communication, organization, multitasking, technology skills, and an active Minnesota Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.

Supports store-level human resources operations, including full-cycle recruiting, interview coordination, onboarding, scheduling, PTO and attendance tracking, payroll and timecard accuracy, performance management, safety reporting, employee engagement, and workforce metrics. Partners with dealership leaders and Corporate HR to maintain labor compliance, strengthen talent pipelines, resolve payroll issues, support employee relations, and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase process, from understanding needs and demonstrating vehicles to test drives, financing, trade-ins, paperwork, delivery, and follow-up. Maintain organized CRM pipelines, build repeat and referral business, explain transparent pricing, and provide a positive customer experience. The role includes paid training, full-time evening and weekend schedules, and working indoors and outdoors on a sales floor.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for the sales department: prepare and recap deals, assist with paperwork, OEM reporting and certification, manage inventory and P&L schedules, handle calls and customer intake, process data/print/email queues, manage plate log and appointments, and support Sales Managers. Follow service department safety PPE requirements.

Lead dealership F&I strategy and performance by coaching sales and customer specialists, overseeing deal structure and credit interviews, ensuring compliance and AFIP standards, managing daily F&I reporting and systems (DMS/FUSE), and delivering in-store and one-on-one training to develop managers and underperforming staff.

Manage and coach the dealership sales team to meet sales and gross objectives; oversee F&I process and ancillary product sales; recruit, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; enforce company policies and compliance; improve customer satisfaction and showroom close rates; coordinate with finance and recruiting; handle scheduling, payroll administration, and operational duties.

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and record retail, wholesale, and internal car sales. Reconcile billing and documentation issues with store personnel, process daily corporate correspondence, verify payoffs and receivables, and support corporate finance with administrative and data management tasks.

Sell new and used Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge vehicles by greeting customers, guiding them through the sales process, conducting test drives, explaining financing and product benefits, using the Walser CRM to track interactions, meeting unit and PVR/VSC targets, following up with customers, and maintaining professional appearance and safety practices in service areas.
