Advise on project development, procurement, construction, environmental and permitting issues; draft and negotiate transactional documents; lead closings and due diligence; counsel senior leadership, manage external counsel and integrate acquired assets.

Lead investment diligence across solar and BESS projects: build and quality-control financial and tax-equity models, prepare FID and investment materials, manage due diligence and capital raising, evaluate regulatory, interconnection and market risks, support development/engineering/procurement, and mentor junior staff.

Lead corporate accounting for a utility-scale clean energy platform, overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting, audits, internal controls, ERP and reporting integrations, and accounting support for project lifecycle events. Manage and develop the corporate accounting team, partner with finance functions and external auditors, and design scalable processes and documentation for accurate consolidated financials and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
