Provide front-line administrative and client service support for the Wealth Management team: manage phones and visitors, maintain records, prepare reports and client statements, assist with account maintenance and transactions, coordinate meetings and events, and handle confidential client information while ensuring compliance and professional presentation.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll and HRIS administration (Paylocity), benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Provide policy guidance, manage investigations, administer FMLA/unemployment, and support process improvements to enhance employee experience.
