Evaluate customer financial data to assess creditworthiness, prepare credit presentations and annual reviews, support Loan Officers, maintain credit documentation and reporting, assist with audits and credit administration, and communicate with customers for required documentation.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll and HRIS administration (Paylocity), benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Provide policy guidance, manage investigations, administer FMLA/unemployment, and support process improvements to enhance employee experience.
