Conduct China-focused semiconductor and AI supply-chain research, produce data-rich equity notes and weekly coverage, build bottoms-up financial models for Chinese foundries, fabless designers, memory and equipment firms, monitor disclosures and policy, engage industry contacts, and support institutional clients with timely analysis.

Source, evaluate, and execute venture investments across AI, semiconductors, infrastructure, and developer tools. Perform deep technical teardown and architectural analysis of AI/datacenter hardware (GPUs, CPUs, ASICs). Drive sample preparation, failure analysis, use FIB/SEM/X-ray tools, interpret design/process trade-offs (DTCO/STCO), co-author research, and expand lab capabilities and tooling.

Support development of an AI Tokenomics forecasting model: evaluate model architecture trends, simulate training and inference efficiency across architectures, hardware, KPIs and workloads, diligence companies using model tokens, and forecast economic impacts for investors, corporates, and policymakers.

Support legal, compliance, finance, and internal operations by managing contracts, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, regulatory filings, SOPs, and operational trackers. Coordinate with external counsel and accounting/payroll providers, document workflows, and support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Lead and direct coverage of wafer fabrication equipment suppliers and foundries. Manage a small analyst team, produce authoritative research and financial models, forecast equipment spending and foundry capacity, advise institutional clients, and represent the firm at industry conferences while coordinating US and APAC coverage.

Manage company devices, provisioning, lifecycle, and SaaS accounts; administer SharePoint and shared drives; implement IT security (MFA, endpoint controls); provide day-to-day support; coordinate vendors; develop IT policies, SOPs, and automation to scale internal IT operations.

Manage full-cycle accounting and corporate administration: accounts payable/receivable, payroll and benefits, banking and cash flow, vendor onboarding and purchasing, tax filings and registrations, multi-entity compliance, month-end close and financial reporting, HR onboarding/offboarding, and process improvements across finance and administrative functions.

Contract UI/UX Website Designer to refresh SemiAnalysis web presence, marketing pages, and internal dashboards. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes; ensure responsive, accessible, consistent design language; build/refine design system; collaborate with frontend engineers to implement modern, dark-mode-friendly interfaces optimized for performance and usability.
