Provide full-cycle HR support across employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, payroll support, HRIS administration, compliance, and worker's compensation. Maintain HR records, generate reports, travel to local sites for on-site support, and lead HR projects to improve processes, policies, and employee experience while partnering with HR leadership.
