Lead and manage a regional DSD team of Route Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors to achieve sales, distribution, merchandising, and customer service targets; oversee route planning, marketing execution, budgeting, performance reviews, training, and safety; collaborate with account sales to grow key accounts.

Provide employment law counsel to North America operations, advise on hiring/terminations, leaves and ADA accommodations, labor relations and union matters, manage employment litigation and agency charges, engage and oversee outside counsel, and develop legal training and policies to ensure compliance across cafes, plants, and distribution centers.

Create workshops, eLearning, manuals, video, and assessments; build assessment and measurement, uphold instructional design standards, manage SMEs, package franchise programs, launch seasonal trainings, and integrate learning technologies and AI for scalability.
