Lead development and execution of public and media relations strategies to advance institutional priorities and protect reputation. Serve as primary media spokesperson, manage media inquiries, craft executive messaging and speeches, support crisis communications and issues management, produce multimedia content with communications colleagues, manage PR budgets and metrics, and occasionally supervise student employees.

Manage and grow a Cybersecurity Clinic connecting student cohorts with community clients. Develop partnerships, coordinate student engagement, track projects, create repeatable systems, assess learning outcomes, collect client feedback, and report program impact while collaborating across departments and supporting student professionalism.

Oversee campus event scheduling, logistics, risk management, and external venue rentals. Coordinate with Campus Safety, Facilities, AV, and vendors; manage client relationships, proposals, contracts, and revenue tracking. Lead on-site operations for diverse events, supervise student staff, maintain SOPs and inventory, and support process improvements and marketing for venue rentals.
