Provide inside sales and administrative support for industrial and residential power generation product lines: customer service, CRM management, invoicing, purchase orders, proposal/document organization, forecasting/reporting, and coordination with outside, inside, and engineering teams.

Work with Outside Sales to review specs and one-line diagrams, create quotes in QuickPack and CRM, request vendor quotes, send/refresh customer quotes, prepare projects for Project Management, and participate in handoff and strategy meetings.
