Proctor tests in middle and upper school testing centers, manage testing materials, supervise students, enforce testing policies, troubleshoot basic hardware/online platforms, report issues, take attendance, and occasionally support office duties and safety procedures.

Lead and execute school-wide marketing and communications strategy, shape institutional voice, manage brand standards, oversee digital and print channels, direct social media and media relations, produce photography/video and publications, supervise marketing staff, manage budgets, and analyze performance to support advancement and enrollment goals.

Lead and manage all philanthropic efforts including annual and capital campaigns, donor cultivation and stewardship, grants, planned and endowment giving, and fundraising events. Oversee donor database and gift processing, collaborate with senior leaders across school functions, use data to evaluate advancement activities, meet fundraising goals, and build a culture of giving while supervising and mentoring advancement staff.
