Lead Analyst performs program cost and economic analyses for federal clients, developing life-cycle cost estimates, risk and sensitivity analyses, business cases, and assessing credibility of government and industry cost proposals. The role mentors junior analysts, documents and defends results, evaluates cost/schedule performance, and communicates findings to senior stakeholders.

Perform life-cycle cost estimating, economic and business-case analyses, risk and sensitivity analysis, and credibility assessments of government and industry cost proposals. Produce documentation, present findings to senior stakeholders, train junior analysts, and apply Excel-based financial modeling and analytic tools to support defense and government program decision-making.

Provide senior-level BI and quantitative analysis for federal clients: collect and evaluate data, develop methodologies (regression, optimization, simulation), define KPIs, build visualizations and reports (PowerBI/Tableau), manage project deliverables, document results, present findings, and mentor junior analysts.

Provide cybersecurity expertise for surface combat system program offices; lead RMF Assessment & Authorization to achieve/renew ATOs; perform security control assessments, risk assessments, POA&M updates, and ATO package preparation; ensure system hardening per STIGs/SRGs and DoD/DON regulations; identify vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and architecture and recommend mitigations; coordinate cyber test events and mentor team members; prepare briefs and prioritize program cyber tasking.

Perform RMF Assessment & Authorization to obtain/renew ATOs for Navy combat system platforms. Conduct security control assessments, risk assessments, POA&M updates, STIG/SRG hardening, ATO package preparation, and advise program offices on secure design. Coordinate with NAVSEA/PEO IWS, mentor team members, and brief decision makers.

Perform cost and economic analyses including life-cycle cost estimates, risk/uncertainty/sensitivity analysis, cost/benefit and AoA studies; assess credibility of government and industry estimates and proposals; develop cost estimating techniques, present and defend results to senior managers, and mentor junior analysts.

Design and implement scalable data pipelines in Databricks/AWS, develop and optimize ELT/ETL workflows from warehouses, lakes, APIs and financial systems, and build/train/deploy/monitor ML and generative AI models. Support BI tooling (Excel, Python, Tableau, SharePoint), train team members, assist project QA and client engagement, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reports.

Implement Power Platform automations and Power BI dashboards, build ETL/data pipelines from sources (ADVANA, Palantir, Azure), improve workflows, support data architecture and governance, and produce technical documentation and client-facing briefings.

Lead design, buildout, and operationalization of a secure enterprise AI platform in Azure GCC High. Establish frontier model access, RAG-enabled knowledge systems, governed AI APIs, RBAC and monitoring, and enable engineering teams to deploy AI-powered tools. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP/DoD/CMMC controls and coordinate with IT for secure networking and identity integration. Support AI adoption, prototyping, and lifecycle practices across internal and client projects.
