Lead and scale Boot Barn's data science function: define strategy, build high-performing teams, deliver production ML and generative AI solutions across personalization, forecasting, pricing, marketing, and operations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to measure and drive business impact.

Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI models (personalization, forecasting, conversational agents). Perform EDA, statistical modeling, A/B testing, and causal inference. Develop modular Python code, collaborate on MLOps and productionization (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), establish RAG and vector DB pipelines, and translate model results into business insights while promoting data science best practices.

Provide monitoring, maintenance, installation, upgrades, and end-user support for Windows Domain servers and related infrastructure. Manage AD, GPOs, backups, Office 365/Exchange tenant, MDM, mail flow, certificates, phone systems, scripting/automation, and hardware/software recovery. Complete projects for Windows and Linux systems, use helpdesk ticketing, and perform quarterly access/compliance reviews.

Process and audit multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using ADP/Kronos; handle new hires, terminations, off-cycle payments, garnishments, payroll reporting, and employee inquiries. Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll laws, support audits, and maintain confidential employee records.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues through investigations, evidence review, documentation and recommendations. Advise management on coaching, disciplinary actions, unemployment hearings, compliance with employment laws, HR policies and process improvements. Support HR projects, provide guidance to field leadership, and exercise discretionary judgment to minimize company risk and protect employees.

Provide administrative and operational support for Commercial Accounts: set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts in Aptos, develop and manage binders and file storage (Box/OneDrive), support field and store teams, deliver customer service and reporting, and assist with projects and record keeping.

Manage and analyze segmented email campaigns, lifecycle workflows, deliverability, and data flows into the ESP. Build segments, deploy email/SMS/push/loyalty communications, perform QA, import/export data with vendors, and support coding/deployment as backup while improving inbox placement and campaign performance.

Support and optimize the HRIS by maintaining employee data integrity, generating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting and training end users, implementing system enhancements and integrations, supporting HR projects (payroll, benefits, talent management), and ensuring compliance and documentation.

Lead social media strategy and team for Boot Barn and owned brands. Plan and execute content calendars, manage posting, creator partnerships, community management, and cross-functional creative production. Track platform trends and oversee external agencies to drive engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.

Support sales organization with Salesforce administration, sales analytics, dashboards, and process automation. Build reports, maintain Sales Cloud (Flows, objects, fields), manage integrations, enable sales team through training and playbooks, and provide insights to optimize pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
