Participate in a structured training program to learn crane rental sales, accompany reps on customer and job site visits, support proposals and CRM activities, learn lift planning and equipment capabilities, assist branch operations and safety initiatives, and develop sales skills toward becoming a Sales Representative.

Lead national billing, accounts receivable, and collections operations. Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and contract compliance; manage KPIs (DSO, past due, disputes); coach multi-location teams; implement process improvements; partner cross-functionally; support audits and documentation; travel domestically for training.

Participate in a structured training program to learn sales, operations, and lift planning for crane rental and lifting solutions. Support Sales Representatives with customer visits, proposals, CRM updates, branch operations, and safety initiatives while developing prospecting, territory management, and negotiation skills.
