Manages Denver Botanic Gardens’ corporate partnerships program, including prospect cultivation, sponsorship sales, fundraising, proposal development, negotiations, renewals, stewardship, and fulfillment. Builds corporate revenue pipelines, secures sponsorships and in-kind contributions, oversees partner activations, maintains CRM records, monitors budgets and revenue goals, and collaborates across departments. Requires regular onsite attendance, flexible event scheduling, and up to 25% travel.

Coordinates daily membership operations, including customer service, member record maintenance, reporting, data accuracy, transactions, renewals, communications, and engagement events. Uses Ticketure and Salesforce to manage memberships, payments, refunds, reports, and member data. Supports marketing communications, training, special events, and customer experience improvements. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, occasional travel, strong cash management and data entry skills, and at least two years of experience.
