Leads the YMCA’s philanthropic strategy, including major gifts, annual campaigns, corporate partnerships, grants, planned giving, donor stewardship, and fundraising campaigns. Builds relationships with donors, businesses, foundations, board members, and community leaders; manages donor pipelines, records, metrics, and reporting; and supports a culture of philanthropy across the Association.
