Manage institutional compliance, contracts, insurance, and risk documentation while supporting core HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, records, offboarding). Improve workflows, coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure policies and controls are consistently applied across the organization.

Provide administrative and project support for the Advancement Office: maintain donor records, assist with gift processing and stewardship, coordinate events, manage communications and donor recognition, support web and print materials, and handle volunteer and logistical tasks assigned by the Chief Advancement Officer.

Support game-day operations including scoreboard, shot clock, scorebook, gate admissions, filming, statistics, and other event duties to ensure a positive customer experience. Must work flexible hours, follow safety and vaccination requirements, and complete required background checks.
