Maintains general ledgers, reconciles accounts, prepares development project financial reports, analyzes budgets and variances, and processes construction loan draw packages. Tracks project costs, reviews invoices, prepares job cost reconciliations, supports audits, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Collaborates with project managers, lenders, finance, operations, and other teams, primarily supporting real estate development and low-income housing tax credit projects.

Lead and oversee affordable housing compliance across a property portfolio: develop policies, manage Yardi configurations, conduct audits, handle reasonable accommodation and Fair Housing compliance, train staff, liaise with regulators, and implement corrective actions.

Provide IT helpdesk support, administer M365 and SharePoint, manage hardware/software deployments, monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi, administer AI applications (Claude, CoPilot), manage email security and user access, and support on-site and remote offices.
