Serve as a core HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and recruiting coordination. Maintain HR systems and records, ensure compliance with employment laws, support HR programs and projects, and improve employee experience. Coordinate interviews, ATS maintenance, pre-employment checks, and HR analytics/reporting. Partner cross-functionally to resolve employee matters and drive process improvements.

Lead UNOS external affairs and government relations strategy to advance organ donation and transplant public policy. Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local policymakers; track and analyze legislation; coordinate senior leadership engagement; lead advocacy campaigns, grassroots mobilization, and cross‑functional communications; manage and coach at least one direct report.

Drive new sales for UNOS event exhibits/sponsorships, SaaS products, and consulting contracts. Maintain pipeline and CRM documentation, partner with Business Development Lead, coordinate cross-functionally for deal structuring and contracts, create sales materials, monitor market trends, represent UNOS externally, and support scoping and proposals to close opportunities.
