Entry-level electrical engineer supporting design, development, and optimization of low/medium-voltage switchgear and switchboards. Assist with schematics, component selection, sequences of operation, manufacturing support, testing (including factory witness tests), and coordination with procurement, production, sales, and field teams under senior engineer guidance.

Design and optimize low/medium-voltage switchboards and switchgear: produce detailed drawings and schematics, specify components, develop Sequences of Operation, lead testing and Factory Witness Tests, support manufacturing and field teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical input to sales and project management while creating tools to automate engineering workflows.

Own the rolling 12-month unconstrained demand forecast, translate pipeline and bookings into a consensus demand plan, lead demand reviews with Commercial leadership, apply statistical forecasting and demand sensing, deliver plans to the Master Scheduler, and maintain forecast data, dashboards, and SIOP KPIs in D365 and Power BI.

Lead and produce point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematics in AutoCAD; manage and review a team of wiring designers; maintain drafting standards, libraries, and training; coordinate with EE leadership, manufacturing, and production to improve drawings and ensure compliance with NEC/UL/ANSI/IEEE.
