Support, maintain, and test AIDS Institute data systems; extract, clean, and collate data; manage routine data transfers and requests; build reusable Python scripts; develop reports with SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence; provide VB .NET support for a custom Ryan White RSR application; and assist agencies with Federal and State reporting requirements.

Support NYSIIS Consumer Access portal inquiries: monitor and triage user support requests, investigate NYSIIS issues, perform data analysis, compose responses, and produce metrics/reports from NYSIIS and tracking databases to measure bureau response performance.
